Mount Zion Faith Ministries since her inception was having the mind of making her messages to reach as many people as possible so that where we as individual cannot go, our messages could reach there. We thank God that the good Lord is making it to come to pass. The Mount Zion Production Studios started with a small beginning when we acquired our first video player/ recorder in the year 1990. This player was mainly used to play back our recorded stage plays. Later, the Lord provided another video recorder for us and with it, we started minor dubbing of our stage plays. The little copies we were able to dub with this video recorder we carried with us to outreaches to sell.
As the Lord expands and enlarges the coast of the Ministry, many things became very difficult for us to do outside the Ministry. Thus we sensed it that the Lord was on the way of getting certain production equipments for us to establish our production studios.
In 1996, we acquired a minor Mixer and a Graphic titler, and three years later, the Lord provided an analogue editing studio for us. With these equipments, we started our in-house editing in 1999 with the editing of “Just a little sin”. In that same year, we employed two production personnel as our in-house production crew and we acquired a Super VHS Camera. With these, our Production Studio was taking shape. In that same year 1999, we shot our TV Serial “The Fruitless Tree” with our SVHS Camera using our in-house production crew and edited the entire T.V serial in our analogue editing studio.
We took our Cameraman in this department with us to Ghana and Cameroon to record the foreign outreaches with our camera.
Also, as part of God’s plan to equip our production studios, in the year 2001, the Lord provided for us and we acquired 30VHS Recording Machines to commence our dubbing Studios. The Lord has increased these machines now to ease our production.
Also in this production studio, the Lord has provided two non-linear editing equipments for use.This has currently increased to five non-linea studios with five professional editors manning each of them. Our first in-house Video Editing Staff was employed in the year 2003. He was the one who edited our film titled “Enemy of my Soul”.
Now, the work in this Production Studios is getting bigger everyday as we strive to meet up with the production challenges emanating from demands from Television Stations and satisfying the demands from the Marketing Department. The Lord is able and He’s been helping ever since.
