To facilitate a conducive ministerial working environment, there is a need for a proper administrative set-up in any organization. Thus, the following departments are in existence in the ministry.
- The Mount Zion welfare Department
Mount Zion members head each of these departments but there are staff who work with them in each department. Our Secretariat Office situated at 59, Ring Road, Ibadan has as at now, three main offices. The Production Studio; the Marketing Office and the Administrative Office which has a Receptionist/ Secretary who answers phone calls, attends to visitors and keeps files for each of thje departments listed above.
Our Lord Jesus Christ is the greatest Administrator and He is the One helping us in the little administrative structure we have put in place.
The ministry has staff in Lagos who oversea our Lagos sale’s outlet, and the one in Ile-Ife manages “The Habitation of faith and of course, in Ibadan at each of the departments in the Head office.
One of the Departments is the welfare department. By the grace of God this department has been existing since the inception of this ministry.This department coordinates the welfare of cast and crew on Film locations and also takes care of the staffs’ salary and members’ allowances.
The Lord has been very faithful in the administration of His Ministry. He gives wisdom to our leaders to plan and see to the smooth running of all the departments of this Ministry. To God be the Glory!!!
